Henri Berest

Henri entered the financial services industry in 1984. He began working for Confederation Life for 9 years and then Windsor Life for 2 years before joining a firm of Independent Financial Advisers in 1995. After 4 successful years with that firm, Henri left to co-establish Strategic Financial Solutions. Henri's areas of speciality are the mortgage/capital raising markets and the maintenance and support of Group Personal Pensions schemes.

Henri is responsible for the recruitment, training and competence of Strategic's personnel including individual supervision.

Paul Scott

Paul joined the financial services industry in 1985 firstly as a tied agent then as an independent financial adviser. Since 1995, Paul began to specialise in the areas of investments and pension planning, including the more technical aspects of pension "phased retirement" and "draw down".

Paul takes responsibility for much of the company's finances, and prides himself on remaining constantly up to date within the ever-changing financial services sector. His expertise in the single premium market has been drawn upon increasingly so in these financially volatile times, where remaining accurately informed is imperative.
